Stone. Olivine-hypersthene chondrite (L6), veined.
After the appearance of a luminous meteor with a trail of
black smoke, moving from NW. to SE., and detonations, tw
stones, of about 150lb and 80lb respectively, fell about 0.5 mile
apart and were broken into pieces. Analysis, 24.38 % total iron .

A mass of over 53lb was ploughed up. Chemically anomalous, 8,07

Stone. Olivine-bronzite chondrite (H5).
After detonations, a stone of 772g fell through the roof to the floor of a
barn, penetrating two hemlock boards .

Stone. Achondrite Winonaite.
Three oxidised fragments, totalling 676g, are preserved nothing is
known of their history. An equilibrated chondrite rich in troilite.
Analysis, 19.88 % total iron .

About a dozen small fragments were picked up from the
surface of a field, the largest being about 2" in diameter.

Iron. Octahedrite, medium, (1.2mm), with silicate inclusions (IANOM).
One mass of 3.6kg was found. Analysis of metal, 7.40 %Ni, 76.9
ppm.Ga, 234 ppm.Ge, 2.6 ppm.Ir.
Description, unusual forms of graphite in kamacite .

Iron. Octahedrite, medium (1.2mm) (IIIA).
Masses of 60lb, 16lb, 10lb and 8lb were found in 1858. Two more
masses, 16.2lb and 33lb, were found in 1872. A further mass, about
10lb, was found in 1880. Two masses, 6.5lb and 3lb, were said to
have been found before 1890. Masses of 413lb, 527lb, and 1.5lb were
discovered in 1952, a 9.5lb mass was found in 1964.
Analysis, 8.34 %Ni, 20.8 ppm-Ga, 44.5 ppm.Ge, 2.6 ppm.Ir .

Ordinary chondrite (L5)
Total mass of the two fragments was 89.3 g.
A small stone hit the windshield of a car owned by Mr. Rick Wirth
of 971 5th Street, Clayton, Wisconsin, USA on the night of 21 October 1996.
The stone made a grapefruit-sized fracture in the windshield of the car,
which was parked outside Mr. Wirth?s home. On the morning of October 21,
one fragment of the stone was discovered lying in the windshield-wiper well,
and a second was lying on the snow-covered ground nearby. These two fragments
fit together. Lack of fusion crust on one side of the object indicates that
a part of the mass was not recovered.
The main mass of 84 g is on deposit in the UMin

Stone. Olivine-bronzite chondrite (H6), veined.
After the appearance of a fireball and detonations, two stones, 800g
and 700g respectively, fell and were found five days later. The first
being subsequently lost.
